Shalom! Well, folks, the curtain is up, the lights are on, and The Daily Light Edition is officially open for business. This isn’t your typical blog. Think of it more like an unfolding story, a series of snapshots capturing the divine in everyday life, with a little punchline thrown in here and there.

After years of staring through the lens—first at the world around me, then at the timeless patterns found in Scripture—it’s finally time to share the shots. It’s been a journey of trial and error, much like any good photo assignment: a blurry moment here, a stunning shot there, but always pushing forward to capture the essence of what matters most.

Each post here is a frame in a larger story, from photo essays that explore the beauty of creation, to reflections on divine order that somehow make sense of the chaos we see every day. If you're looking for the high art of life, look no further. But don’t worry, I’m not all serious. Life—and faith—are full of unexpected moments, and I’ll make sure to keep the humor in focus as we dive into these themes.

So, pull up a chair, grab your coffee, and settle in. This isn’t just about taking pictures; it’s about capturing the light that shines through the lens of truth. We’ll walk through this story together, one snapshot at a time. And who knows? Maybe we’ll get a few laughs along the way—after all, even the great Life photographers knew how to frame a good joke when the moment called for it. Thank you for your reading!
